Led by internationally-recognized expert, Dr. John Mather, UNI-CORN supports institutions in all aspects of human research protections programs.

Dr. John Mather is the former Chief Officer of the Office of Research Compliance and the Assistant Inspector General of the Office of the Inspector General, US Veterans’ Affairs, where he developed and ran the human research protection programs. After leaving the Federal government, Dr. Mather was Director, Office of Research Compliance Review for the University of Michigan. He has served as a Site Visitor for Association for the Accreditation of Human Research Protection Programs as well as on its Board of Directors. He has served on the Board of a leading central IRB and also served as Chair of that IRB’s Executive Committee. Dr. Mather is a certified Federal mediator
